We build custom homes in Northern Ontario, manage construction for homeowners, Build Ready clients and other builders, and supply Build Ready home packages for projects in Canada and the United States, reviewed for each location. ConstructionX was started by Chad B. Briand, a builder who has spent most of his career building steel framed homes, including more than a dozen multimillion dollar luxury homes, along with years of landscape construction, commercial demolition, renovation and remediation, century home restoration, apartment conversions and excavation. He saw too many companies run on get the job done, get paid and get out, with poor organization and trades left waiting to be paid. ConstructionX is built the other way: trades paid properly, work done right the first time, and clients treated as partners. We take the time to explain every step, answer every question and tell you the truth, even when it is not what you want to hear, because your best interest comes first.

You do not need to be within our local construction service area to purchase a package. Package scope and project requirements are confirmed for your location.
